Mix 1 L of Arban TC (Chlorpyriphos 20% EC) in 19 L of water to prepare desired solution (50 ml/1 L of water)

1. Maintain full atropinization by repeated doses of 2 to 4 mg of atropine sulphate intravenously at 5-10 minute intervals. 25-50 mg of atropine may be required in a day.
2. Do not use oximes (e.g., 2-PAM).
3. Provide artificial respiration if needed.
