If an order containing a free promotional product is cancelled or returned, Pestobazaar may require the promotional/free product to be returned along with the purchased product.

Where a free product cannot be returned, the applicable value may be adjusted against the refund where permitted by the applicable return/refund terms.

14. Shipping & Free Delivery

Pestobazaar offers Free Delivery on eligible orders above ₹699/-, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

15. Fulfilment & Dispatch

Orders may be fulfilled and dispatched from an appropriate Pestobazaar warehouse, fulfillment centre, seller, manufacturer, supplier, or other authorized dispatch location.

Depending on product availability and customer location, products in the same order may be dispatched separately.

Customers may receive multiple shipments for a single order where applicable.

16. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Pestobazaar may offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and locations.

COD Order Limit

• COD is available for eligible orders up to ₹49,999/-.
• Orders of ₹50,000/- and above are not eligible for COD.
• Customers placing orders of ₹50,000/- or above must make full prepaid payment through an available online payment method.

COD availability may also depend on:

• Delivery PIN code
• Product type
• Courier availability
• Order value
• Customer/order history
• Delivery location
• Fraud or risk checks
• Operational restrictions

Pestobazaar may contact the customer to verify a COD order before dispatch.

If the customer does not complete the required verification, Pestobazaar may cancel or hold the order.

17. Prepaid Payments
