Pestobazaar Shipping & Cancellation Policy

At Pestobazaar, we’re committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping and Cancellation Policy outlines our procedures and expectations to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

• All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Charges

• Orders below ₹599: Standard shipping charges will apply (as displayed during checkout).
• Orders ₹599 and above: Free delivery across India.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Delivery times vary based on location and courier availability but generally fall within 3–7 business days.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by natural events, strikes, or logistical delays. We will keep you informed in such cases.

Delivery Coverage

• We deliver across most serviceable pin codes in India.
• If your location is not serviceable, our customer support will contact you with alternatives or process a full refund.

2. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS with the tracking ID and link.
• You can also track your order by logging into your Pestobazaar account under "My Orders".

3. Failed Deliveries / RTO (Return to Origin)

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to:

• Customer unavailability
• Incorrect address or phone number
• Refusal to accept the package

The shipment may be returned to us (RTO). In such cases:

• You will receive a refund excluding the shipping charges, as per our Refund Policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. That’s why we allow order cancellations within a short window:

Cancellation Eligibility

• Orders can only be cancelled before they are handed over to the delivery partner.
• Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Time-Sensitive Cancellations

• Since most orders are shipped within 24 hours, we strongly recommend cancelling your order within 2 hours of placing it.

5. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• Prepaid Orders: If your cancellation request is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
